is a leading global provider of engineering, consulting and project delivery services for the minerals & metals, oil & gas and industrial sectors. We are seeking a Communication Manager
to help redefine our internal communication and engagement activities and outcomes.
This role will report to the Director Corporate Communication & Community, and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic activities to engage, inform and inspire all Ausenco personnel in the Americas. The role will work closely with colleagues in the global Marketing and Communication team, our People & Performance (HR) area and other business partners across our North and South America operations, to help engage, inform and involve our employees.
Our Americas region currently covers Canada, the USA, Chile, Peru, Argentina and Brazil, but can include other locations where Ausenco personnel are working on projects.
It would suit someone with demonstrated ability to develop and implement creative and effective internal communication and engagement campaigns, preferably within a professional services environment with a diverse geographic spread.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Develop and implement internal communication programs and activities in line with the global communication framework to meet the global and regional strategic priorities. Tactical deliverables could include development of written, verbal, video, digital or other messages, presentations, talking points, Q&As, briefing notes etc.
- Provide communication support to regional leaders, including strategies, messaging and coaching
- Help manage and develop Ausenco's internal communication channels, including our intranet and internal social media channels
- Develop and nurture close working relationships with colleagues in each Americas office to identify and deliver on opportunities for engagement and communication, such as sharing of wins, achievements,
