Job Description:
Office communications: handle phone and emails
Software: Scheduling patients, receiving payments from patients (we use Quick books)
Office admin: data entry, reconciliation of bank deposits, filing, printing reports
Special Projects: occasional participation in special events for patients, trade show booth, preparing office for relocation
*Opportunity to develop into Naturopathic Assistant, Office Manager, or Business Manager as clinic team grows and relocates to larger location in 2020.
I’m looking for someone enthusiastic and highly responsible, great communication skills and able to prioritize tasks. Also looking for flexibility in their supportive roles as clinic grows.
Require 3 years college or University background.
Education doesn’t have to be in science or medical. Can be in sales and marketing.

          Mon      9:00-12:15       1:00-5:15
          Tues     8:45-12:15       1:00-5:15
          Wed     9:00-12:00        1:00-3:00
          Thurs    8:45-5:30         1:00-5:30
          Fri         8:30-1:00          8:30-1:00
          Sat        by appointment only

$17.00 hourly plus bonus
