What Does Our Recruitment Process Look Like?

• Application completed – you’ve now submitted your application for a vacant role, shortly you will receive a notification email thanking you for applying.
• Application reviewed – one of our recruiters will review the applications and connect with those that applied who match the position requirements.
• Interview – If selected for an interview, our interviews are based on behaviour-based questions. We will ask you to share examples of specific situations related to customer services, peer relationships, collaboration, etc., we encourage you to speak to both work or personal examples. If successful you will receive an offer of employment and be asked to complete next steps within the pre-employment checks.
• Orientation - You will be invited to participate in an orientation at the store you were hired to work in.
