Must be able to start work at 5:00 am, five days/week (including weekends).

In this role, the successful candidate:

· will take pride in producing high quality bread products;
· is eager to learn;
· will follow La Rose standards and guidelines when baking;
· is a dedicated team member
 

What You Will Do:

· Produce quality bread products following standard company procedures;
· Responsible for the full preparation and stocking of the bread department;
· Responsible for the opening and/or closing functions of the department;
· Ensure your work area, tools and supplies, are organized and sanitary;
· Verify that all batches are produced during your shift;
· Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:

· Baking experience (preferably in a retail environment);
· Flexibility to work weekends;
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
· Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills;
· Perform basic mathematical functions;
· Exceptional attendance record;
· Lifting of products up to 75lbs.
