The Restaurant Operations Manager is tasked with leading a team and managing multiple areas in a fast-paced work environment. In addition, the Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for enabling a People First culture while leading a team in multiple areas. Report to General Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Systems:
- Emphasizes efficient manufacturing systems.
- Quality Control:
- Focuses on maintaining high-quality standards in product development.
- Inventory Management:
- Strives to balance inventory levels to meet demand without excess.
- Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions
- Interacting with guest service focused team members in areas of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training and contentious professional development
- Living our core values along with leading others to do so while collaborating with the management team to achieve high-quality and timely results.
- Embracing teamwork while leading others to do the same
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments
